Patio Conversion
Sometimes, an outdoor patio doesn't fit the homeowner's lifestyle.
Construction begins with temporary support of the roof and demolition of the poles, stucco, and slab.
Specifications required plenty of reinforcing bar, or 'bones', in the slab. A 24" grade beam completes the foundation.
Two huge (10 foot) picture windows face Superstition Mountain.
Stucco is complete, then clean up and apply interior and exterior colors. We're wrapping this one up.
The finished product. I can see myself reading in the brown chair, fighting to keep from looking at the mountain. My mind wandering from Spanish gold to cattlemen and Apache.
