All projects have a starting place. They begin with ideas or dreams coalescing into plans. You share your ideas and drawings with us, or we assist you in the planning process. If your project is a remodel, you will show us the spaces that you want transformed. If your project is a new home, we arrange to visit the site.

Some projects are less complex and we are able to present you with pricing and a scope of work quickly. Other, more complex, projects may require further meetings and discussion to formulate a scope of work and pricing. We present a detailed scope of work. There are no surprises.

We agree on responsibilities

Once we agree on the scope of work and the budget, a contract will be signed and a deposit will be collected. We outline, in writing, everyone's responsibilities in completing your project.

We will provide you with product sheets, samples, website addresses, and names of local showrooms to assist you in the selection process. We do everything we can to make your project easy on you.

The Planning Process

We spend a lot of time planning your project before we start. This is where we get the necessary permit, order materials, and generate a schedule Our goal is to have the pieces in place before construction begins so every step proceeds smoothly and efficiently. Proper planning ensures your project is on schedule and within budget.

The Construction Process

Work begins! In a remodel, the old is out and new is in. Your plans begin to transform into reality. For new construction, site preparation begins and a solid foundation is poured.

Completion

Here we are at the end of your project. The area is clean and we're not satisfied until you're happy with our work. We fill out your warranty, thank you for allowing us to work on your home, and collect our final payment.
